How Solving Math Puzzles Boosts Managerial Creativity and the Bottom Line

The paper proposes an innovative way to the training of business and public sectors managers. This new approach uses non-trivial math puzzles to enhance managerial creativity as well as to eliminate damaging "truisms" adopted by many managers. It is the author's view that math puzzles, being unrelated to the organization's "internal politics" and having clear and smart solutions, can best demonstrate creativity.
